摘要
以醋酸镁和氢氧化镁为间苯二酚与甲醛缩聚反应的催化剂,所得缩聚产物经常温干燥、高温碳化形成碳气凝胶。BET、SEM和TEM测试结果显示,以氢氧化镁为催化剂可以获得具有球状结构的碳气凝胶,其比表面积在600~700m2.g-1之间,而以醋酸镁为催化剂所得碳气凝胶比表面积在450~500m2.g-1,呈连续粒状分布。对比研究后发现,以氢氧化镁为催化剂所得碳气凝胶的电化学性能最优,比电容可达123F.g-1。
Carbon aerogels have been prepared using magnesium acetate and magnesium hydroxide as catalyst based upon a polycondensation of resorcinol with formaldehyde and an ambient pressure drying followed by carbonization.Resulting carbon aerogels have been investigated in detail by BET,SEM and TEM.The results show that the carbon aerogels synthesized with the magnesium hydroxide as catalyst consist of well-pronounced spherical carbon particles,its specific area was in the range of 600~700m^2·g^(-1).The as-prepared carbon aerogels synthesized with the magnesium acetate as catalyst show a coarser surface,its specific area was in the range of 450~500m^2·g^(-1).By comparison,the electrochemical capability of the carbon aerogels doped with magnesium hydroxide was the best,its electrochemical capacity is 123F·g^(-1).
