摘要
碱激发碳酸盐矿灌浆材料是一种新型无机灌浆材料。本文从硅酸钠溶液的改性、碳酸盐矿的粉磨和浆液的制备等三方面详细分析说明了其制备过程,并通过实验室模拟灌浆试验研究了灌浆效果、可灌性影响因素和适宜的灌浆工艺参数。研究结果表明,碱激发碳酸盐矿灌浆材料可以采用浆液制备与灌浆施工结合于一体的连续化灌浆工艺,进行单液灌浆;配方为碳酸盐矿粉:硅酸钠溶液:水=1.0∶0.6∶0.1的灌浆材料可灌性好,灌注的砂柱体抗压强度和抗渗性能良好。
Alkali-activated-carbonatite grouting material(AACGM) is a new type of inorganic grouting material.In this paper the manufacturing process of AACGM is introduced from the aspects of the modification of sodium silicate solution,grinding of carbonatite and slurry preparation.Simulated grouting tests were carried out in laboratory to investigate the grouting effect of AACGM,the factors influencing its grouting ability and appropriate technological parameters for its grouting.The results show that when AACGM is used the single-liquid grouting process can be adopted in which slurry preparation and grouting is simultaneously and continuously conducted,and the sand cylinders grouted with AACGM with carbonatite powder∶sodium silicate solution∶water ratio being 1.0∶0.6∶0.1 by mass have favorable compressive strength and impermeability.
