摘要 油脂浸出设备的设计依赖油脂浸出工艺的选择以及在该工艺条件下油脂的浸出速率。综述了建立油脂浸出速率数学模型中的相关问题 ,其中包括油脂浸出速率的测定方式、油脂浸出速率数学模型的种类与建模原理。同时分析了浸出速率与扩散系数的关系 ,指出了油脂浸出速率数学模型在应用中的局限性。熟悉并掌握油脂浸出速率数学模型的建立与使用 ,可为开发油脂新品种。 Oil leaching rate was very important parameter for the design of an extractor at a definite oil leaching process.Some correlative problems concerning the foundation of mathematical model for oil leaching rate were reviewed,including the methods for determination of oil leaching rate,the different kinds of mathematical model for oil leaching rate and the principles of model foundation.Meanwhile, the relations between oil leaching rate and oil diffusion coefficient in flake were analyzed and the restrictions of oil leaching model in application were also pointed out. It is useable to knowing and mastering the foundation of mathematical model for oil leaching rate in the developments of new variety oil and new oil process.
