具有药物缓释功能的新型热种子的研制

摘要 以NH4HCO3作为造孔剂,通过烧结法制作具有生物涂层的多孔LiFe5O8-CaO-SiO2-P2O5系统磁性陶瓷。对陶瓷样品进行XRD分析和磁性能检测以及药物负载和缓释实验。磁强计检测显示陶瓷样品的比饱和磁化强度和矫顽力分别能达到32.23emu/g、61Oe,可以作为温热疗法中使用的热种子;药物缓释实验则显示样品具有药物缓释功能。该多孔磁性生物陶瓷因为同时具有磁热效应和药物缓释功能,可以将抗癌药物治疗作为温热疗法的辅助手段,从而达到更好的治疗效果。 The porous LiFe_5O_8-CaO-SiO_2-P_2O_5 magnetic ceramics have been prepared as thermoseeds by the sintering process,coating with the bioactive materials.NH_4HCO_3 was used as the addition which could cause the porous structure.The XRD analysis,magnetometer tests,drug loading and releasing experiments were carried out.Magnetic properties testing results show that specification saturation magnetization and coercive force of the samples can reach 32.23emu/g,61Oe respectively,so they can be used as hyperthermia thermoseeds.Drug releasing experiments results indicate that the porous ceramic samples have drug delivery effects.Because the ceramics can be used as both thermoseeds and drug delivery systems,it is possible to make anti-cancer medication an assist effect,which leads to a better curative effect,cooperating with the hyperthermia.
