摘要
以乙醇为溶剂对影响茶籽粕中多糖的提取因素进行了实验分析 ,在单因素实验的基础上 ,通过正交实验得出优化后的提取工艺条件为 :料液比为 1∶12 (W/V) ,乙醇浓度为 5 5 % ,提取温度为 5 5℃ ,提取时间为 3.0h ,茶籽多糖的得率和纯度分别为 6 .92 %和 78.74 %。
The influence factors of extracting polysaccharide from tea seed meal using ethanol as extraction solvent was studied.On the basis of the mono factor experiment,the optimum processing parameters obtained by orthogonal experi ment are as following:the rate of the weight of tea seed meal to the volume of aqueous alcohol ratio 1∶12,the concentration of aqueous alcohol 55%,the extraction temperature 55℃ and the extraction time 3 hours.The yield and purity of tea seed polysaccharide is 6.92% and 78.74% respectively.
