摘要
在聚合物溶液中添加表面活性剂和碱能够大幅度降低油水界面张力,但表面活性剂和碱的加入会对聚合物分子形态产生影响,进而影响聚合物溶液的流变性和粘弹性,并最终影响驱油效果。通过室内实验和理论分析,就碱和表面活性剂对聚合物分子形态的影响及其作用机理进行了分析。碱与聚合物分子链上部分负电荷中和,使分子链发生蜷缩和粘贴,形成部分"带状"分子结构,导致聚合物溶液粘弹性和流变性变差。
Adding surfactant and alkali to polymer solution can greatly reduce the interfacial tension between water and oil,but also make polymer molecules changed and in turn affect viscosity and visco-elasticity of the composite system,finally affecting oil displacement efficiency.The mechanisms for surfactant and alkali to affect polymer molecule structures are analyzed by laboratory experiments and theory inference.The results indicate that part neutralization of negative charge along molecular chains of alkali and surfactant can make the molecular chains to be huddled up and cohered,forming some 'girdle-like' molecular structures and resulting in poorer viscosity and visco-elasticity.
