摘要
以甲基丙烯酰氧基乙基三甲基氯化铵(DMC)、丙烯酰胺(AM)和N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺为原料,采用反相乳液聚合法合成了新型酸液稠化剂MDNC。通过实验,研究了引发剂浓度、乳化剂浓度、单体摩尔配比及单体浓度等对聚合反应的影响,确定出了最佳聚合反应条件;并对MDNC稠化剂酸液性能进行了评价。MDNC稠化剂在酸液中增粘性能好,热稳定性较好,抗盐、抗剪切能力强,具有较好的应用前景。
A new gelling agent of acidizing fluid,namely MDNC,was synthesized with methyl propylene phosph oxygen ethyl trimethyl chloromethane ammonium chloride(DMC),acrylic amide(AM)and N,N-methene duplexing acrylic amide by a method of opposite phase emulsion polymerization.The impacts of several factors,such as initiator concentration,emulsifier concentration,molal match and monomer molal concentration,on polymerization reaction are analyzed by experiments,giving the optimum conditions of polymerization reaction.At the same time,the performance of acidizing fluid with MDNC is evaluated.The results indicate that the gelling agent(MDNC) may have quite good prospects of application due to its good properties in enhanced viscosity,heat resistance,salt resistance and shear resistance for acidizing fluids.
