回顾广西水文创业110年取得的成就,分析目前水文事业发展存在的问题和面临的形势,提出加快广西水文事业改革与发展的总体思路和目标任务以及加强广西水文发展的工作措施。

Based on a review of the 110-year history of the Guangxi Hydrology,the author analyzed the problems existing in present hydrologic work and the new situation,put forward the general idea,target and tasks for the reform and development of Gunagxi hydrology,presnted the measures for strengthening development.
