广西水资源开发利用与管理探讨

Development,utilization and administration of water resources in Guangxi

针对广西的特点,从水资源开发利用与管理上思考如何控制水的需求,提出应采取水资源统一管理;节水优先,加强水源头管理,防治污染;多渠道开发水源地等多种措施,确保水资源可持续利用。

In view of the characteristics of Guangxi,the author studied the control of water demand from the angle of water resources development, utilization and administration,presented some measures for sustainable utilization of water resources,including unitary administration of water resources,giving priority to water-saving work,strengthening administration of water sources,preventing pollution,developing water source land through various channels etc.
