摘要
《中华人民共和国水文条例》赋予了水行政主管部门直属水文机构负责水文行业管理工作的职能,掀开了水文行业管理的新篇章。结合广西实际情况,分析了水文行业管理的本质、特征和要求,提出了新时期加强广西水文行业管理的对策。
According to the Hydrologic Rule of PRC,the hydrologic organizations under the water administration authorities are responsible for hydrologic trade administration.Combined with the actual conditions of Guangxi,the author analyzed the nature,features and requirements of hydrologic trade administration,and put forward countermeasures for strengthening hydrologic trade administration of Guangxi in new period.
