水文为防汛抗旱服务的新思路

New ideas for hydrology serving flood control and draught relief

分析了传统水文服务防汛抗旱的现状,提出了在做好传统的水情工作的前提下,建立完善城区防汛新型专用服务系统,拓展抗旱服务领域,为抗旱服务提供用水保障。并对水文工作如何服务地方防汛工作提出了自己的见解。

Based on an analysis of the present situation of traditional hydrology serving flood control and draught relief,it is pointed out that we shall set up complete new special service systems for regional flood control,expand service scope for draught relief,guarantee water supply for draught relief,while continuing to conduct well the traditional hydrologic work.The author also presented his opinions for how the hydrologic work serve local flood control.
