摘要
有着20余年发展史的家族企业正处于发展的第一、二阶段。在这个阶段,一些因素如治理结构缺陷、资源短缺及核心竞争力培育问题,制约着企业向第三个阶段发展。本文对这些主要制约因素进行了分析。
The family firm which has over 20 years'history is first or second stage of development.At this stage,there are severa1 main factors,such as the weakness of operating structure,the shortage of resource and the difficulty in forming the core capability.These obstacles are analyzed in this article.
