摘要
针对广泛应用于电力、矿山、石油等工业部门的SCADA系统的过程控制子系统中的远程监控单元RTU进行了分析、设计。利用复杂可编程器件CPLD和单片机组成双控制器,对传统的RTU加以改进,阐述了新型监控终端的设计思想,描述监控终端的设计与实现过程。新型RTU简化了传统RTU的硬件设计,提高性能,降低成本。
The RTU of remote monitoring of process control subsystem modules used in the power,mining,oil and other industrial sectors SCADA system is analysed and designed.The traditional RTU is improved by the use of complex processor-controller programmable CPLD and Single-chip Microcomputer,and thus expound on the new idea of terminal design monitoring,terminal control design and implementation process.The new RTU will simplify the traditional RTU hardware design,improve performance and reduce costs.
