摘要
用截留分子量为 1、2、10、2 0万的无机陶瓷膜超滤浓度为 2 4 7% (W/W )的大豆混合油 ,测定了不同膜管截留分子量在不同超滤温度的磷脂截留率。超滤温度为 5 0℃时 ,截留分子量 1万的膜对磷脂的截留率为 98 3%。分析了大豆混合油中磷脂反相胶束的分子量分布和温度的关系。温度越高 ,磷脂反相胶束的分子量越大 ,越有利于超滤脱胶的进行。
W/W) concentration of soybean miscella was ultrafiltrated by the inorganic ceramic membranes with molecular weight cutoffs(MWCO) of 10,20,100,200 k Daltons.The retention rate on phospholipids of the miscella by the different membranes ultrafiltration under different temperature was examined.The retention rate on phospholipids of miscella was 98.3%,when it was ultrafiltrated by the membrane with 10 k Daltons MWCO under 50℃.The relationship between molecular weight distribution of phospholipids reverse micelle in soybean miscella and temperature was analyzed.The higher the temperature is,and the higher molecular weight of the phospholipids reverse micelle is.Hence,it is favorable to ultrafiltrate the soybean miscella for degumming in a high temperature.
