摘要
综述了畜禽血液淀粉酶(Amylase)基因型及其同工酶活性对畜禽日增重、胴体性状、日瘦肉量、断奶重等生产性能的影响。淀粉酶及其同工酶的多态性及活性可以作为预测畜禽生产性能的参考指标。
The effect of activity of amylase and isoenzyme on animal performances,i.e.,daily gain,carcass traits,daily lean tissue gain,and weaning weight,was reviewed in the paper.Polymorphism and activity of amylase and its isoenzyme could be used as an index for prediction of animal performance.
