耶鲁大学建设全球性大学的理念与策略——兼论“耶鲁2005-2008年国际化战略框架”

Yale’s Goals and Strategies for a Global University

经过300多年的历史积淀,耶鲁大学的发展已经迈入一个新的发展时期。《耶鲁2005-2008年国际化战略框架》的三个目标、十五项策略和六十个项目使耶鲁大学的保守性特征正逐渐减弱。本文从保守到开放、从动力到定位和从目标到策略等三个方面,揭示出耶鲁大学在建设全球性大学过程中所采取的"改革依托项目,项目支撑策略,策略服务目标"的思路和举措。

Yale University, following over 300 years’ development, has entered its latest era. The Internationalisation of Yale: 2005-2008. The Emerging Framework, which contains three goals, fifteen strategies and sixty items, has caused its conservative trait to fade away. On the path of from conservative to open, from impetus to orientation, and from goals to strategies, this article summarizes Yale’s strategy design for a global university: reform materialised through programmes, programmes support strategies, and strategies uphold goals.
