深化高等教育改革 增强创新能力 促进创新型人才培养

Deepening Higher Education Reform,Strengthening Innovation Capacity,and Enhancing Innovative Talent Training

高等学校在建设创新型国家中占有重要地位。但我国高校尚不能满足建设创新型国家的要求,与创新型国家的高校相比,存在比较明显的差距。我国高等教育应深化改革,加强科研创新能力建设,使创新型人才脱颖而出。为此,要进行教育理念的改革,探索有利于创新型人才培养的教育模式,加强科技创新能力建设,坚持产学研结合,加强创新文化建设,扩大高校对外开放,增加科技创新投资。

Higher education institutions(HEIs)have a key role to play in the development of innovative nation.Currently the HEIs in China could not meet all of such national needs,and have a marked difference between those institutions in the developed innovative nations.Higher education,therefore,should deepen reform,strengthen capacity building in innovation,in order to create an environment conducive for training innovative talents.There is a need to reform the idea of education,explore the educational model for fostering innovation,enhance ability and increase investment in science and technology innovation,promoting collaboration among industry,education and research,building a culture of innovation,and further opening up HEIs to the world.
