摘要
自由平等主义的公正观,以追求平等为公正的灵魂。以此为指导,教育公正就是要使每个人都享有平等的教育权利和机会,保证每个人在资源的分配中享有平等的份额,不平等利益的分配要符合最少受惠者的最大利益。在确保公共资源平等的基础上,也要尊重人们的教育选择。
The pursuit of equity has long been the soul of justice in liberal egalitarian thinking.Accordingly,educational justice means:everyone is entitled to equal rights and opportunities for education;everyone should be ensured with an equal share in the allocation of educational resources;and inequalities in the distribution of educational benefits should meet the best interests of the least beneficiaries.On the basis of ensuring equality in accessing to public resources,educational choices of the individual should also e respected.
