摘要
我国高校设置近百余年的发展带有七个方面历史的烙印:院校的分离与合并、高师独立与融合的纷争、重点大学制度、分区设置原则、部门办学的争端、私立高校的兴衰与外人办学的立案。
After over a century of development,the present configuration of Chinese higher education system exhibits seven historical imprints:separation and merges of higher education institutions(HEIs),independence and incorporation of normal universities and colleges,key university system,principle of regional configuration,dispute over running HEIs by government ministries,the vicissitude of private HEIs and foreign HEIs.
