在经济体制变革中发展起来的中国股票市场存在着诸多缺陷,突出表现在制度建设滞后、结构失衡、效用低下、政府角色错位、法规不健全及机制不完善六个方面。这些缺陷成为我国股票市场进一步发展的严重障碍,因此,规范和完善我国股票市场,必须对股票市场现存缺陷不断进行修正。

There is a lot of flaws in Chinese stock market,which forms in the course of economic system transformation,and prominently these are six aspects: system construction lagging,the structure unbalanced,effectiveness low,the government role dislocation,the laws and the mechanism imperfect.These flaws become the grave obstacle that our country stock market develops further.Therefore,in order to construct the standard and perfect stock market,we must unceasingly carry out amendment on existing flaws of stock market.
