钙钛矿相Bi_xCa_(1-x)MnO_3中取向畴的群论研究

Investigation of Orientation Domain and Boundaries in Perovskite Bi_xCa_(1-x)MnO_3 Using Symmetry Group Theory

摘要 用群理论分析了钙钛矿相BixCa1-xMnO3材料中的取向畴及畴界的显微结构。群论研究表明,当BixCa1-xMnO3由立方相转变为正交相时,会出现120°及90°取向畴,在这些畴之间,会形成m(100)、m(01-1-)、m(011)、m(101)、m(1-01)等5种类型的畴界。 The orientation domain and boundaries in perovskite BixCa1-xMnO3 have been studied by applying symmetry group theory.Group theory predicts that the 120° and 90° orientation domains occur in bulk BixCa1-xMnO3(BCMO) when the cubic BixCa1-xMnO3 transforms into the orthorhombic BCMO and there are only five kinds of boundaries between variants domain which are independent such as m(100),m(01-1-),m(011),m(101),m(1-01) twin boundaries.
