Review of the immobilization antigen of Ichthyophthirius multifiliis

摘要 小瓜虫是重要的淡水鱼类寄生虫.小瓜虫抑动抗原是重要的保护性抗原,它在防治小瓜虫这类体表寄生虫方面有着巨大应用潜力.本文阐述了小瓜虫抑动抗原的发现过程及其生物学意义,并介绍了抑动抗原免疫学研究进展.本综述旨为抑动抗原在小瓜虫疫苗研制中的应用提供理论依据,也为其他体表寄生虫保护性抗原的研究提供参考.
