摘要 目的:探讨女性球海绵体肌反射(BCR)及阴部神经短潜伏期体感诱发电位(SSEP)临床应用价值。方法:利用电生理技术对15例女性患者(女病例组)进行BCR及阴部神经SSEP的潜伏期、波幅检测,并与30例男性心因性阳痿患者(男病例组)和30例男性正常对照组(男对照组)进行比较。结果:女病例组BCR潜伏期比男病例组和男对照组BCR潜伏期延长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),三组SSEP P41波潜伏期则无显著差异。结论:女病例组BCR潜伏期较男性组延长。国人女性BCR的检测和应用有待进一步探讨。 Objective:To study the clinical application of the bulbocavernosus reflex(BCR) ,somato-sensory evoked potientials (SEPs)in female patients. Methods: The latencise and amplitudes of BCR, SERs were determined in 15 female patients and compared with 30 nomal male subjects and 30 psychiatric impotence patients. Results: The latencise of BCR in female patients prolonged, and had significantly difference(P<0. 05)as compared with that of psychiatric impotence and that of the normal subjects,but the latencies of SEP P41 in subjects of three groups were not significantly different. Conclusion: The latencies of BCR in female patients prolonged as compared with the that of 2 groups of male subjects,but the latencies of BCR in Chinese female must be further studied.
