摘要
结合CUB1004行程汽油机,在试验研究与模拟计算基础上,对过渡工况下缸盖及活塞的不稳定传热进行了对比研究。建立了缸盖及活塞三维有限元不稳定传热计算模型,获得了过渡工况下其表面温度变化特性,并对缸盖及活塞研究方法进行了对比,获得了一些有意义的结论。
Taking the Model CUB100 as an example, based on experiment and simulation, unsteady heat transfer of cylinder head and piston is studied on engine under transient working condition. A FEM modeling of unsteady heat transfer is established for cylinder head and piston. Temperature field characteristics is obtained under transient working condition and its research method is contrasted and some intended conclusions are obtained.
