摘要
目的研究医科大学生的心理健康状况和个性特征问题。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和“大五”人格量表(NEO-PI-R),对在校的400名医学生进行调查和统计分析。结果医科大学生在强迫、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖、偏执、精神病性上的因子得分明显高于全国常模,男生和女生在强迫、人际关系、抑郁、敌对性、偏执和精神病性上的因子得分差异有显著性意义;医科大学生在5种个性类型中的分布由高到低依次为宜人性、谨慎性、外向性、情绪性、开放性,男女在情绪性和宜人性上存在差异。结论医科大学生的个性类型与心理健康状况密切相关。
Objective To study the mental health and personality characteristics of medical college students. Methods 400 students of medical college were investigated by SCL-90 and NEO-PI-R. Results The scores of medical college students in obsession, depression, anxiety, phobia, paranoia and psychosis are obviously higher than the norm. There are significant differences between male students and female students in obsession, interpersonal sensitivity, depression, hostility, paranoia and psychosis. The distribution of personality types from high score to low score is agreeableness, conscientiousness, extraversion, neuroticism, openness in turn, and the male students and the female students are different in neuroticism and agreeableness. Conclusion Personality and Mental Health of medical college students is closely related.
