影响大学生逆商的外部因素分析

Outside Factors Analysis on Influencing the Adversity Quotient of the College Students

目的探讨影响大学生逆商(AQ)的外部因素,全面提高当代大学生积极地面对人生的综合素质。方法通过随机抽样,应用路西量表(2002年)调查唐山市3所高校在校大学生431名。结果大学生逆商指数(AQ)比较理想,低逆商者只占2.78%。家庭教育方式、人际关系、就业前景、老师表扬、学习压力来源等外部因素都与AQ有不同程度的相关性,结果有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论影响大学生逆商(AQ)的外部因素有:家庭(家庭教育方式)、学校(人际关系、老师表扬、学习压力来源)和社会(就业前景)三方面。

Objective To investigate the outside factors of effecting the adversity quotient (AQ) of the college students in order to promoting the comprehand diathesis of the undergraduate students facing to life positively. Methods 431 college students of three colleges in Tangshang were randomly investigated with the Lusi Scale. Results AQ of the college students was better, only 2.78% was in low AQ. The outside factors, including the family teaching methods, the relationship with the people, the future prospect of employments, the praise of the teacher and the stress of studies, have ralatives association, there were significant difference between the results (P<0.01). Conclusion The outside factors that influence the AQ of the college students were the family (teaching methods), the school (the relationship between peoples, the praise of the teacher,) and the society (the future of employment).
