摘要
核糖核酸干扰技术(RNAi)是遗传工程领域近几年取得的重大技术进展之一,其理论体系及技术规范已基本形成。RNAi是一种高效、特异性强的基因阻断技术,被誉为将在功能基因组学及遗传工程领域掀起一场真正的革命。文章介绍RNAi的发现、发展历程,阐述了RNAi的作用机理及技术特点,探讨了小分子干扰RNA导入细胞的主要方法。综述了RNAi在植物学中的研究进展,以及RNAi技术在植物学研究中的重大意义。
RNAi is one of the rapid developing techniques in genetic engineering in recent years,its theory and technique system is already formed.It is a highly efficient and specific gene knockout method to make target gene silencing,and it will bring a revolution in genomics and genetic engineering.This article introduced the discovery and development history of RNAi,explained the mechanism of RNAi and the characteristics of RNAi techniques,explored the strategy to transform the SiRNA to target cells,summarized its progress and application in botany,and the key meaning of RNAi research in botany.
