摘要
党的十六大报告提出的全面建设小康社会,解决"三农"问题方面的宏观目标是积极推进农业产业化经营,提高农民进入市场的组织化程度和农业综合效益。文章正是顺应中国农村社会经济发展的要求,阐述了中国目前农民组织化的现状,分析了其存在的问题,在阐述了提高农民组织化程度的意义之后,提出了提高农民组织化程度的对策与建议。
The comprehensive report of the 16th CPC National Congress building a well-off society to address 'Three Rural Issues'at the macro level is actively promoting the industrialization of agriculture,raising farmers to enter the market and the degree of organization of comprehensive agricultural efficiency.This is precisely conform to China's rural economic development,expounded China's current status of peasant organizations,the existence of the problem on the increase in the degree of organization of farmers significance,the proposed increase their degree of organization of countermeasures.
