血清抗环瓜氨酸肽抗体和类风湿因子联合检测对类风湿性关节炎的诊断价值

Diagnostic Value of Combined Detection of Anti-CCP Antibody and Rheumatoid Factor in RA

目的研究抗环瓜氨酸肽(CCP)抗体在类风湿性关节炎(RA)中的诊断意义。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验对120例RA和40例健康人进行抗-CCP抗体和类风湿因子(RF)检测。结果抗-CCP抗体在RA患者中的阳性率为88.3%,特异性为96.3%.结论血清抗-CCP抗体对RA诊断的阳性率和特异性均高于RF,是RA良好的诊断指标,二者联合检测优于单一检测,可大大提高RA的检出率。

Objective To study the diagnostic value of anti-cyclic citrullinated peptide(CCP) antibody in rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods Anti-CCP antibodies and(RF) were examined in 120 cases of RA and 40 cases of healthy people by a sandwich enzyme-linked immunolorbent assay(ELISA).Results The anti-CCP antibody positive rate in RA was 88.3% and the specificity was 96.3%.Conclusion The serum anti-CCP antibody positive rate and specificity is higher than RF as a better diagnostic discriminator in RA.Combined detection of two kinds is superior to a single one and will increase greatly the positive rate of RA detection.
