摘要
目的观察输精管结扎对SD大鼠前列腺细胞的Bcl-2及Bax表达的影响。方法建立SD大鼠输精管结扎模型,并将大鼠随机分为A输精管结扎组,B睾酮组及C生理盐水组,采用免疫组织化学法检测Bcl-2及Bax表达。结果Bcl-2在3组前列腺组织上皮和间质中均可见阳性着色,以上皮细胞为主,主要分布在胞浆中,极少数见于核膜和胞核,间质中偶见阳性着色,程度较弱,其各组间Bcl-2蛋白表达有显著性差异(P<0.05);Bax在3组前列腺的上皮细胞和间质细胞中均可见阳性着色,以上皮细胞为主,分布主要在胞浆中,少数见于细胞核中,间质中偶见阳性着色,各组间Bax蛋白表达有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论输精管结扎可以调节前列腺细胞的凋亡。Bcl-2与细胞凋亡呈负相关,Bax与细胞凋亡无相关性,进一步提示Bax在调节细胞凋亡中与Bcl-2起协调作用。
Objective To explore the vasectomy influence on the expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in the prostate of SD rats.Methods Vasectomy model of SD rats were constructed and the rats were randomly divided into three groups as Vsm(Vasectomy) group and TP(testosterone)group and NS(Saline)group.The expression of Bcl-2 and Bax were tested by imumunohistochemistry methods.Results The Bcl-2 expression was found in the prostatic epithelial and stromal tissue of three groups,mostly in epithelial tissue,and was distributed mostly in the kytoplasm and few in the nuclear membrane and nucleus.The positive staining appeared in the stroma by chance,and the expression degree was comparatively poor.The Bcl2 expression degree was significantly different among three groups.The bax expression was found in the prostatic epithelial and stromal tissue of three groups,mostly in epithelial tissue,and was distributed mostly in the kytoplasm and fewly in the nucleus.The positive staining appeared in the stroma by chance.The bax expression degree was significantly different among three groups.Conclusions Vasectomy can regulate prostatic apoptosis.Bcl-2 has negative correlation with apoptosis,and bax have no correlation with apoptosis.All these further mean that bax can coordinate with the Bcl-2 during the regulation of apoptosis.
