自贡市医疗机构医院感染管理的问题及对策

Management and Countermeasures of Hospital Infection in Medical Instifutions in Zigong City

目的找出医疗机构医院感染管理中存在的主要问题及其产生的原因,探讨促进本地区医院感染管理规范、快速发展的策略。方法对自贡市37所市属及市注册医疗机构医院感染管理督查情况进行回顾性分析。结果37所医疗机构中有37.84%医院管理层对医院感染管理重视程度不够,组织机构不够健全,医院感染管理人员无上岗证的有6所,占16.22%;抽查37名工作人员,有6(18.92%)名工作人员操作不规范;相关监测不到位;有21所(56.76%)医院消毒供应室不达标;有15所(40.54%)医疗单位产房、16所(43.24%)医疗单位手术室存在布局不规范、功能设置不完善,区域划分不明确,7所(18.92%)医院产房、手术室洗手设施不符合要求;医务人员对医院感染重要性认识不足。结论医院感染管理是医疗安全和医疗质量的重要保障,必须加强组织管理和人员培训,加大基础设施建设和监管,促进其规范发展。

Objective To investigate the key issues in management of hospital infection in medical instifutions.Method Information about hospital infection supervision in 37 medical instifutions of Zigong City was analyzed retrospectively.Result 37.8% of the hospital administrative managers didn't think highly on hospital infection management,or lack of perfect organizations.The hospital infection staffs in 6 hospitals(16.22%)had o cerfificate.Among 37 selected staffs,the surveillance activities of 6 stoffs(18.92%)didn't conform to the standard.The disinfection and supply rooms were not qualified in 21 hospitals(56.72%).The delivery rooms in 15 hospitals(40.54%).and operating rooms in 16 hospitals(43.24%)were not distributed rationally or equipped perfectly.The hand washing facilities in delivery and operating rooms of 7 hospitals(18.92%)were not qualified.Most doctors didn't have correct understanding on hospital infection.Conclusion Management of hospital infection is the key insurance of medical safety and quality.Organization enhancing,staff training,enough facility should be strengthened to promote hospital infection control management.
