论述了新时代图书馆管理创新的必要性和管理创新的主要内容,提出图书馆在管理创新中只有讲科学、顺民心、重民意,才能充分发挥广大图书馆员的工作积极性、创新性和主动性。
The necessities about the innovation of the library management in new times are described and some aspects of the innovative management are discussed.The paper also brings forward that only follow the principles of following science,obeying morale,respecting public opinion can we fully exert libraries work enthusiasm and innovation ability and go-aheadism.
