摘要
论述了我国高校开展科技查新的意义和优势,分析了我国高校科技查新工作的现状和发展,提出了加强我国高校科技查新发展的必要性和具体措施。
In this paper,author elaborates the significance and the superiority of universities to develop novelty search in our country,and analyzes the present situation and the development of it,and proposes that we should strengthen development of it in universities and how to measure it specifically.
