摘要
以2003年—2005年我国10家医药行业上市公司对外披露的财务数据为样本,分析其资本结构状况。得出基本结论:医药行业上市公司的资本结构决策总体比较谨慎,企业融资顺序有待调整,企业债券市场需要进一步完善。
Regarding financial data revealed of 10 medical trade listed companies in our country from 2003 to 2005 year as samples,its capital structure state is analysized.The basic conclusion is that the capital structure decision-making of listed companies of medicine industry overall is quite discrete,companies financing order needs for adjustment,the companies bond market require perfecting further.
