摘要
在知识经济时代,人才是企业最重要的战略资源。人力资源管理的核心,就是对人才的“选、育、用、留”,在这四个环节中,选拔人才是基础,只有人才选好了,才会有后来一系列的人力资源管理。面试是人力资源管理领域中应用最普遍的一种测评方法,它不仅可以评价出被试的学识水平,还能评价出被试者的能力、才智及个性心理特征等,因此,面试是企业在人员招聘中广泛使用的测评手段。
In knowledge-base economy times,talented person are the most important enterprise strategy resource.The core of Human Resource Management is the talented person's “choose,raise,use,retain”.In the four steps,choosing talented person is a basis.Only when talented person is chosen well,there is a series Human Resource Management.The oral quiz is the most extensive testing method in the field of Human Resource Management.It not only can estimate the acquirement of the man who is tested,but also can appraise out his ability,wisdom and personal psychology character.Therefore,the oral quiz is a judging means broad using in the enterprise employing its personnel.
