阐述了实验室建设与管理的指导思想和基本思路,提出了实验室建设内容、建设方法和管理措施。
This paper put forward the guiding principles and basic theories of laboratory construction and management,It also briefly brought forward the contents and methods of laboratory construction and the measures of management.
