摘要
本研究以262名大学生为研究对象,探讨时间管理倾向对学习满意度的影响,并检验时间管理倾向的递增效度。结果表明:时间价值感、时间效能感对学习满意度具有显著的预测力;并且在控制了自尊、自我控制感等变量的影响之后,时间管理倾向仍对学习满意度具有显著的解释力,证实了时间管理倾向的递增效度,同时验证了时间管理倾向的有关理论构想。
The present research aims to explore the influence of time management disposition on learning satisfaction, further to verify the incremental validity. The data were collected from 262 college students. The finding manifest in the results. Frist ,time value and time efficacy has a direct influence on learning satisfaction. Sencond, when self-esteem and self control were under control, time management disposition also had significant predictability on learning satisfaction, which showed time management disposition has significant incremental validity. The findings above support the hypothesis on time management dispositon.
