This paper analyzed the industrialization level of Jiangyou City from many aspects such as the position,the characteristics,the development stage,the distances and problems existed in the industries of this city.It studied the issue of how to develop the industries of Jiangyou City,furthermore,analyzed the prospect,evidence and measures for the development.
