摘要 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV钢属低Ni耐热马氏体不锈钢,该钢具有较高的强度和良好的韧性。用户将我厂生产的该钢热加工成叶片后发现其中3片纵向表面存在缺陷和1片横向剖面存在缺陷。通过分析大量的实验结果表明:叶片中存在的表面缺陷主要不是在钢的冶炼过程中形成的内部夹杂,而是由加工过程中偶然因素形成的铬的二次氧化物造成。 1Cr11Ni2W2MoV steel belongs to low Ni heat resistant martensite stainless steel;this steel has higher strength and good toughness.It was found that 3 pieces of blades hot worked from this steel produced by our plant existed defects on their longitudinal surfaces and 2 pieces existed defects on their transverse sections.Lots of test results showed that the surface defects existed in the blades were not internal inclusions formed during the steel melting process,they were Cr reoxides formed in the working process due to some occasional factors.
