热处理对冷塑性变形GH4648合金组织和性能的影响

摘要 通过对GH4648合金进行冷塑性变形、固溶热处理,最后观察组织形貌和检测力学性能,得出:GH4648合金的静态再结晶温度范围为:1025℃~1050℃;再结晶晶粒长大倾向随加热温度的升高表现出增大的趋势:经冷塑性变形后,当固溶温度在1025℃~1125℃时,晶粒缓慢长大;当固溶温度在1125℃~1175℃时,晶粒急剧长大;在本实验的GH4648合金的化学成分,保温时间为8min,空冷,热处理的情况下平衡相的析出温度在950℃~1050℃,析出峰在1000℃左右;为使其具有满意的综合性能,冷轧薄板成品固溶温度应为1110℃~1120℃。 GH4648 alloy was cold plasticity deformed and solid solution heat treated in this research,then its structure patterns were observed and mechanical properties were tested,it was concluded that temperature range for static recrystallization of GH4648 alloy was 1 025℃~1 050℃;with rising of heating temperature,recrystallized grain growth demonstrated a trend of increasing:after cold plasticity deformation,when solid solution temperature was within 1 025℃~1 125℃,grain grew slowly;when solid solution temperature was within 1 125℃~1 175℃,grain grew rapidly;under the condition of composition of this GH4648 alloy,8 min of holding time and heat treatment,precipitated temperature of balanced phase was 950~1 050℃,precipitation peak was about 1000℃;in order to make it possess satisfactory comprehensive properties,solid solution temperature for finished product of cold rolled sheet should be 1 110~1 120℃.
