The Application of VOD Process in Smelting of Low-carbon Stainless Steel

介绍宝钢、武钢二炼钢、鞍钢三炼钢与太钢二炼钢利用LD—VOD法生产低碳不锈钢工艺特点,并对国内某厂利用VOD法生产0Cr18Ni9型、SUS304型和SUH409L型三种类型低碳不锈钢的冶炼操作要点进行了总结研究,在使用中取得了较好的效果。

Based on the introducing of the technology features of the production of the low-carbon stainless steel by the LD-VOD process adopted in some steelworks of China such as Bao Steel Company,Wu Steel Company,An Steel Company and Tai Steel Company,this paper summarizes and researches the smelting operation key points for producing the low-carbon stainless steels such as 0Cr18Ni9,SUS304 and SUH409L by adopting VOD process in a certain plant at home,the good result has been achieved in the production by using these smelting operation key points.
