Neonatal drug withdrawal syndrome

孕期妇女因疾病需要或某种不良嗜好而长期或大量服用镇静、麻醉、止痛或致幻剂,以致产生对该类药品的依赖或成瘾时,药物可通过胎盘使胎儿对其具有一定的依赖程度,胎儿出生后,由于其血中药物浓度逐渐下降,从而出现神经系统、呼吸系统、消化系统的一系列症状和体征,该文从病因、病机、症状、体征、预防、治疗和护理几方面对此作以简单阐述,以供学习和参考。

When a pregnant woman takes narcotic,analgesic or hallucinogen due to disease or hobbies for a long time,the components of the drugs can enter into fetal blood through the placenta,which can make the fetus dependent on the drugs to some extend.After birth,because the levels of those poisonous components in blood of the newborn fall down,the neonate presents a series of symptoms in nervous system,respiratory system,and even digestive system.This paper reviewed etiology,pathogenesis,clinical symptoms and signs,diagnosing method,differential diagnosis,treatment,prevention and nursing of neonatal drug withdrawal syndrome.
