巨噬细胞对子宫内膜异位症的免疫调节作用 被引量:1

摘要 巨噬细胞作为免疫调节及效应细胞,参与特异性和非特异性免疫应答。子宫内膜异位症患者的腹腔液、在位及异位内膜中巨噬细胞数量明显增加,功能异常,对异位内膜的清除能力下降。由异常激活的巨噬细胞分泌的多种活性因子,如白细胞介素、肿瘤坏死因子-α、血管内皮生长因子等也参与了子宫内膜异位症的发生和发展。该文综述巨噬细胞在子宫内膜异位症发生、发展中发挥的免疫调节作用。 As an important immunological and effector cell,macrophage participates in specific and non-specific immunities.Many studies indicated that the number of macrophages in peritoneal fluid,eutopic and ectopic endometria of women with endometriosis increases significantly and their function is impaired.Their ability to eliminate ectopic endometria decreases.Abnormally activated macrophage-derived cytokines such as interleukin(IL),tumor necrosis factor alpha(TNF-α),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)all take part in occurrence and development of endometriosis(EMs).This article reviewed immunoregulation of macrophage in occurrence and development of EMs.
