核因子κB与子宫内膜异位症

摘要 子宫内膜异位症是育龄妇女的常见病患,以慢性盆腔疼痛、痛经、不孕为主要症状,发病率逐年上升,但其发病机制至今尚未完全阐明,炎症反应、免疫异常是其发病的病理基础;粘附、侵袭、血管形成是其发生、发展的基本环节。核因子κB作为信号传导途径的枢纽,其活化参与调节多种靶基因的表达,广泛参与机体炎症、免疫、凋亡及细胞生长分化过程,与子宫内膜异位症的发生、发展密切相关。 Endometriosis(EMs) is one of the most common diseases of women of childbearing age.It is characterized by chronic pelvic pain,dysmenorrhea,infertility and its prevalence increases year by year,but its pathogenesis is unknown till now.Inflammation and dysimmunity are important pathologic basis of endometriosis.Attachment-aggression-angiogenesis is basic step of occurrence and development of EMs.In recent years,the research showed that NFκB is hub of signal transduction pathway and activated NF-κB participates in regulation of expression of many target genes and extensively takes part in many processes such as immune reaction,inflammatory reaction,cell proliferation and apoptosis.So,it is associated closely with endometriosis.
