Three-dimensional ultrasonic assessment of endometrial receptivity

摘要 三维超声是一种新兴的显像模式,正在被引用到临床诊断实践中。由于三维超声直观、简捷、可重复性强的优势,使之受到越来越多的重视。但三维超声在预测体外受精结果中的作用是存在争议的,其原因或许为研究的设计不同,尤其是超声评价的时间不同所造成的。该文就三维超声技术及三维超声在辅助生殖技术中评价子宫内膜容受性、预测妊娠所发挥的作用进行综述。 Three-dimensional ultrasound(3D-US)is a new imaging mode,which is being introduced into clinical practice.Because of its superiorities such as object,simplicity and repeatability,it has attracted more and more attention.This paper reviewed technical aspects of 3D-US and its roles in assessing endometrial receptivity,predicting pregnancy in assisted reproductive technologies(ART).Data from studies shown that the role of 3D-US in predicting IVF outcome is controversial.An explanation for this controversial view of point might be due to different designs of reported studies,specially timing of ultrasonic assessment.
