太极拳对改善中老年妇女平衡能力的研究

Effects of taijiquan exercise on balance ability of senile women

目的探讨太极拳对改善中老年妇女平衡能力的影响,为太极拳可提高生活质量提供理论参考依据。方法应用PJ-I型电脑人体平衡功能检测仪测定太极拳练习组及对照组在转椅上以1周/2秒的速度均匀旋转10转后闭眼时的人体平衡能力。结果太极拳练习组和对照组的重心移动轨迹总长分别为32.42±3.54cm和55.58±7.33cm,包络面积分别为1.28±0.47cm2和2.59±0.66cm2,动摇角度分别为33.15±4.45°和43.92±6.96°,能耗分别为25.72±2.65J和42.53±8.42J,比较均呈下降趋势且有极显著性差异(P<0.01);对照组跌倒1次、2次、3次的人数高于太极拳练习组。结论太极拳能够通过改善前庭器官的功能来提高中老年妇女的平衡能力。

Objective To explore effects of taijiquan exercise on balance ability of senile women,so as to provide theoretical basis for improving quality of life of the senile women.Methods The senile women in the control group and taijiquan exercise group were spun for 10 circles at an uniform speed of 1 circle per two seconds,PJ-I computerized balance instrument was used to evaluate balance ability of the senile women while their eyes were closed.Results The results showed that in center of gravity shift locus length(L)(55.58±7.33cm vs 32.42±3.54cm),inclusion area(Area)(2.59±0.66cm2 vs 1.28±0.47cm2),wave shake angle(Deg)(43.92±6.96° vs 33.15±4.45°)and energy consumption(Eng)(42.53±8.42J vs 25.72±2.65J),there were significant differences between the control group and taijiquan exercise group(all P<0.01).The number of fall(one fall,two falls and three falls)of the senile women in the control group were more than that in the taijiquan exercise group.Conclusion It is suggested that taijiquan exercise could improve vestibular function(balance ability) of the senile women.
