摘要
目的对围绝经期妇女月经与相关因素的调查进行相关性分析。方法自行设计调查问卷,采用现场调查的流行病学方法,录入国际通用量表,分析1 798份有效问卷。结果总人群当中,月经正常者834人(46.5%),月经异常者964人(53.5%)。两组围绝经期妇女一般人口学特征、围绝经期综合征的部分症状、月经伴发疾病、认知及就医态度比较均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论加强围绝经期妇女的健康教育,使其提高自我监测和自我保健能力。
Objective To investigate menstrual changes of perimenopausal women and their related factors and to conduct a correlative analysis.Methods On-site investigation of epidemiology was conducted using a self-designed investigation questionnaire,and the results were analyzed by using common international scales.Results Among the total population,the number of women with normal menstruation was 834(46.5%),the number of the women with abnormal menstruation was 964(53.5%).The menstruation of the perimenopausal women was correlated with general demographical characteristics,perimenopausal syndrome(partial symptoms),menstruation-accompanied diseases,recognition of the women and attitude of the women.Conclusion Health education for perimenopausal women should be strengthened to raise their abilities of self surveillance and self heath care.
