摘要
目的探讨子宫颈癌组织中环氧合酶-2和基质金属蛋白酶-9的表达及其与临床分期、病理分级、组织学类型、淋巴结转移的关系,并研究二者的相关性。方法以62例宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织作为研究组,35例因其他原因行子宫切除术患者的正常宫颈组织作为对照组。应用免疫组化SP法检测宫颈癌及正常宫颈组织中环氧合酶-2、基质金属蛋白酶-9的表达情况。结果环氧合酶-2、基质金属蛋白酶-9在宫颈癌和正常宫颈组织中的表达差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。环氧合酶-2、基质金属蛋白酶-9的表达与淋巴结转移显著相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、临床分期和组织学类型无关(P>0.05);环氧合酶-2与病理分级无关(P>0.05),而基质金属蛋白酶-9与病理分级有关(P<0.05)。环氧合酶-2与基质金属蛋白酶-9的表达之间呈正相关(r=0.3220,P<0.05)。结论环氧合酶-2与基质金属蛋白酶-9表达与宫颈癌的侵袭转移相关,对宫颈癌的淋巴结转移起重要作用。
Objective To investigate expression of cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2) and metris metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9) in cervical carcinoma and their relationships with clinical stages,pathologic gradings,histological classifications and lymphatic metastasis.Methods 62 patients with cervical carcinoma admitted in Qianfoshan Hospital over a period from January 2000 to January 2005 were included in the study group.Other 35 patients who underwent hysterectomy due to other reasons and had normal cervix were included in the control group.The SP method of immunohistochemistry was used to detect expressions of COX-2 and MMP-9 in cervical carcerous tissues and normal cervical tissues. Results In overall positive expression rates of COX-2 and MMP-9 in the cervical cancerous tissues there were significant differences between the two groups(both P<0.05).The expression of them was significantly related to lymphatic metastasis(both P<0.05),while it was not related to age,clinical stages and histological classification(all P>0.05).The expression of COX-2 was not associated with pathologic grading of the malignancy(P>0.05),while MMP-9 was associated with pathologic grading of the malignancy(P<0.05).The expression of COX-2 was positively associated with that of MMP-9(r=0.3220,P<0.05).Conclusion The over-expressions of MMP-9 and COX-2 are related to invasion and metastasis of cervical carcinoma and they play important roles in lymphatic metastasis of cervical carcinoma.The expression of MMP-9 is positively associated with that of COX-2.
