摘要
甲氧滴滴涕作为代替滴滴涕的有机氯杀虫剂,在许多国家被广泛使用,但是研究表明甲氧滴滴涕具有弱雌激素样作用,在生物体内可以通过激素受体、氧化应激等多种机制引起生殖系统、中枢神经系统的毒性损害,子代多系统发育异常。该文就其对卵巢组织、子代发育方面的毒性损害及可能的作用机制作以综述。
Methoxychlor(MXC) is widely used in many countries as an organochlorine insecticide in place of dichloro diphenyl trichloroethane(DDT).While some researchers indicated that MXC exerts mild estrogenic activity,it damages reproductive system,central nervous system of the mother and causes maldevelopment of many systems of the offspring by inducing oxidized stress and interaction of hormone receptors in vivo.This article reviewed its toxic effect on ovary and development of offspring and possible mechanisms of action of MXC.
