摘要
CD147是免疫球蛋白超家族成员之一,在正常组织中有着广泛的分布。经过糖基化的CD147可以诱导多种基质金属蛋白酶的表达,间接参与细胞外基质的降解和重塑,因此可能在两性生殖方面发挥着重要的作用。CD147参与了许多生殖过程,如子宫内膜的周期性变化、排卵、黄体生成、胚胎植入和分娩等。在雄性方面,CD147在精子发生、精子获能及顶体反应中也发挥了非常重要的调控作用。
CD147 is a member of the immunoglobulin superfamily(IGSF).It exists in many normal tissues widely.The glycosylated CD147 induces expression of matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) and indirectly participates in breakdown and remodeling of extracellular matrix(ECM).Many studies suggested that CD147 involves in many female reproductive processes such as cyclic changes of human endometria,ovulation,luteinization,implantation,labor and so on.Also, CD147 plays very important regulatory roles in spermatogenesis,capacitation and acrosome reaction of the males.
